For those of you saying "I can't find Bluetooth!" – the same thing happened to me after a Windows 10 update. Even troubleshooter kept saying my pc was not Bluetooth capable! Also there was no Bluetooth in device manager. It was crazy and frustrating.
My solution was with the DRIVERS. It's a driver issue. Just find a place to download some new Bluetooth drivers. That's how i got mine back. Good luck.

if it doesn't show up the button things to activate or go to them, you go to that menu right in the left of the ''clear notifications'' is a button named ''Expand'' click on that and you resolve the problem!

I found a way for those looking and can't find it. This worked for and hopefully it does for you. Update your device (if it says you have to restart then restart it). After that, search up Bluetooth & Other Devices, and there should be that bluetooth button you couldn't find before.
I know you might doubt this, and if it doesn't work then at least you have an updated computer. But this technique helped me and I'm hoping it helps all of you.

I HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THOSE WHO CANT FIND BLUETOOTH IN THOSE SETTINGS: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot . Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth, and then select Run the troubleshooter and follow the instructions.
Method 3 worked a treat, many thanks, you're the only person I've found that has suggested that particular way of sorting it out.
